Refund policy

RETURNS:  Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we unfortunately DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to choose your items carefully. Thank you for understanding.

EXCEPTIONS:  If you have received an item that has a defect by the manufacturer please contact us immediately at  info@enchantingchristmas.ca so we can exchange or give you an in store credit. Please make sure to include photos.

Unfortunately this does not apply to damaged items due to shipping. After we lovingly package your items and it leaves our hands we cannot foresee how your package will be handled in transit to you.
